Ivi Sims is an IICRC Triple Master Restorer and is a widely-recognized expert on timber wood floor drying in Australia. In the last eight years, Ivi has focused greatly on continuing education related to water damage restoration, both locally in Australia, and internationally. She is in the process of earning her CMP, CR and WLS. She has traveled to the U.S. for conferences and training on cutting edge drying techniques.
