Brian J. Walsh is a Sr. Regional Building Consultant with YOUNG and Associates (YA) for the last five years and has spent 20+ years in large commercial construction. He has a Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology Degree from Penn State and holds certifications in water restoration, fire and smoke restoration and both residential and commercial roof inspection certifications.
