Stephen Ellis, CIAQM, is a field professional in the environmental division of Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon), a nationwide engineering and consulting firm. Mr. Ellis has spent six years in the industry, specializing in environmental consulting and contracting throughout the southeast on numerous restoration and demolition projects.
