Rainbow Disaster Team President to Purposely Flood His Own Basement

On October 7, 2012 at 10 a.m., the Rainbow Disaster Team of the Tri-State Area will literally open the flood gates and unleash several hundred gallons of water in a relatively quiet suburban neighborhood.
