The acquisition allows Bales Restoration to scale operations with major commercial clients throughout Greater Seattle. The existing First Onsite branch in Kent will serve regional accounts with locations in Northern Seattle together with the Bales team.
EFWR was founded by Michael Wyne in 2010 and provides full-service emergency restoration and reconstruction services in the Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin areas.
By acquiring A-1, First Onsite Property Restoration expands its service platform in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region as they have two locations in Manassas, Va. and Bowie, Md.
