One of their mission statements is where you learn how to do the job right, and get paid for it. Their offerings include in-house IICRC classes, Livestream sessions, and online training packages.

Meet the Team

The academy’s success can be attributed to its exceptional team of instructors and specialists, each bringing invaluable in-field experience. These professionals have owned and operated their own restoration companies, making them uniquely qualified to relate to the challenges faced by their students. The team includes:

  • Jeremy Reets – Owner
  • David Hodge – Instructor
  • Nick Sharp – Instructor
  • Meredith Truitt – Hands-On Training Specialist
  • Rebekah Beilen – Online Training Advisor
  • Crystal Solis – Business Development Visual Media
  • Tonya McLeroy – Brand Marketing Strategist
  • Steve McLeroy – Senior Visual Designer
  • Greg Ahlstrom – Accountant
  • Aaron Stienblock – Instructor
  • Matt Light – Instructor

Jeremy reflected on their achievement, what it means and what they see for the future, “Celebrating 20 years at Reets Drying Academy is more than a milestone—it’s a reflection of the dedication of our team and the trust of the 10’s of thousands of restoration professionals we’ve had the honor to train. Over the past two decades, we’ve focused on equipping technicians with the knowledge and skills to do the job right, raising the standard of excellence in restoration. As we look to the future, Reets Drying’s mission remains clear: to empower the next generation of restoration professionals, continue transforming the way our industry serves others, and develop innovative ways to make IICRC certification more accessible to all restoration professionals.”

As Reets Drying Academy celebrates two decades of unparalleled success, their dedication to fostering excellence within the restoration industry is commendable. Here’s to many more years of transforming lives and setting new standards of professionalism.

Congratulations, Reets Drying Academy, on 20 years of dedication and excellence in restoration training!
