SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, LLC is proud to announce that four of our dedicated team members have achieved a significant milestone in their professional development. Jim Lujan, Julius Matheson, Dwayne Morris, and Ryan Monica recently attended a rigorous four-day Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) class in Denver, where they successfully passed their certification tests to earn the prestigious industry-certified AMRT designation.

Meet Our Certified Experts:

  • Jim Lujan, Restoration Estimator
Jim Lujan has been a cornerstone of our restoration team, bringing his expertise and a keen eye for detail to every project. His new AMRT certification enhances his ability to identify and remediate microbial contamination, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care and safety.
  • Julius Matheson, Colorado Crawlspace Repairs Manager
Julius Matheson manages our Colorado Crawlspace Repairs division, tackling the unique challenges of crawl space maintenance and repair. With his AMRT certification, Julius is now equipped with advanced knowledge in microbial remediation, essential for handling mold and moisture issues that often plague crawlspaces.
  • Dwayne Morris, Restoration Assistant Manager
As our Restoration Assistant Manager, Dwayne Morris oversees restoration projects from start to finish. His AMRT certification means that Dwayne can now lead projects with an even greater emphasis on microbial safety, ensuring comprehensive and safe restorations for our clients.
  • Ryan Monica, Hard Surface and Cleaning Estimator
