ATI Restoration, LLC, a national leader in restoration, environmental remediation and reconstruction services, has announced the acquisition of ProCare Solutions, LLC, a regional restoration firm with two branch offices in the Southeast. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 1989, ATI is the nation's largest family-operated disaster recovery services firm, operating 24 locations from coast to coast. Late last year, the company began the execution of its accelerated growth strategy, acquiring Mark 1 Restoration and QFB Property Restoration. ProCare marks its third acquisition, and the company expects additional growth before the end of 2021.

Founded in 2012 by Wayne Hudspath and Gus Timbers, ProCare has one office in Nashville, Tenn., and another in Russellville, Ky. The company predominantly services the residential market segment with construction and mitigation work.

"ProCare is a great brand to bring under the ATI families of business and offers us growth in new markets," said Jeff Moore, president of ATI. "ProCare will bolster our offerings to our existing clients with locations in the Southeast and further define our footprint with new business."

"After observing the evolution of the restoration industry, we decided that now was the right time to develop a partnership with a larger firm so that we can remain relevant in our market," said Gus Timbers, Co-founder of ProCare.

Hudspath, Timbers, and the ProCare management team will remain on staff.

Established in 1989 by Gary Moore, ATI Restoration is the nation's largest family-operated disaster recovery services firm.
