At The Experience Convention & Trade Show 2021, Doug Hoffman, CEO of the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors (NORMI), presented on the importance of properly assessing indoor air quality (IAQ), not just for assessors but for remediators.  

“Prognosis without diagnosis is malpractice. You’ve got to know what you’ve got before you can actually have a solution,” Hoffman said.
