Assessing Indoor Air Quality

At The Experience Convention & Trade Show 2021, Doug Hoffman, CEO of the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors (NORMI), presented on the importance of properly assessing indoor air quality (IAQ), not just for assessors but for remediators.

“Prognosis without diagnosis is malpractice. You’ve got to know what you’ve got before you can actually have a solution,” Hoffman said.

In this video interview, Hoffman provides an overview NORMI’s history and mission with regard to the restoration and remediation industry, as well as the general public. He also shares key takeaways from his presentation, including the six-sample rule, what it means and why it matters for those who work with IAQ.
