Restoration and Remediation Industry News

RestorePro Expands North Carolina Footprint, Hires CSO

Industry News
December 18, 2019

North Carolina disaster reconstruction company, RestorePro Reconstruction, officially opens its third office in the state in Charlotte this week. Recently ranked the fifth fastest growing firm in the Triangle on the Triangle Business Journal’s Fast 50 list, the company’s rapid growth across the state is in response to increased demand for emergency construction services, including water removal and water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration and repairs, and mold remediation, and as a result of its unwavering commitment to professional excellence and positive client experiences.

The new Charlotte Headquarters is located at: 8334 Arrowbridge Boulevard, Suite i in Charlotte.

“RestorePro is excited to officially enter the Charlotte market, providing disaster restoration services to consumers and commercial and government clients,” stated Ryan Jackson, president of RestorePro. “We have been analyzing several different markets in support of an aggressive and strategic growth plan, and after extensive due diligence and market research, the Charlotte area ranked at the top of those markets and met all of our criteria for success.”

The Charlotte area’s continued growth in RestorePro’s target vertical markets, positive economic conditions, proximity to the Raleigh headquarters location, built-in demand for reconstruction services, and access to talent all contributed to the firm selecting the Queen City for its newest location.

Led by industry expert Brian Charlebois — partner of the Charlotte office — clients are already being serviced in the area with several restoration projects that include large, multifamily properties. “Brian knows the Charlotte market inside and out. He’s a highly respected leader in the restoration construction industry, and I’m excited to see the impact RestorePro will have in Charlotte and the local community under his leadership,” stated Jackson.

RestorePro’s talented and dedicated team proudly serves government, commercial, and residential clients across the greater Raleigh/Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, and now Charlotte areas. Since its inception, the company has differentiated itself on exceptional service, personal and professional excellence, and responsiveness to client needs, as evident by being the highest consumer-rated disaster construction firm on Google based on responsiveness and customer service.

Recent completed projects firm-wide include several large multifamily housing restoration projects, commercial emergency restorations, multiple hurricane-related repair projects, and dozens of government projects across multiple service lines.

Meet Brian

North Carolina disaster reconstruction leader and innovator, Brian Charlebois, recently joined RestorePro Reconstruction as partner of its new Charlotte office — the third office in the state — and chief sales officer for the entire company.

With a tenured track record in the Carolinas’ reconstruction industry, spanning nearly 15 years, Charlebois has held various positions, including water technician, project manager, operations manager, marketing manager, and chief marketing officer. Demonstrating a unique ability to capitalize on a high-growth market, as evident by earning numerous national and regional awards, he has exponentially grown firms under his leadership up to 500%, ranking on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list.

Brian Charlebois

“RestorePro is thrilled to have Brian on board as partner of our new Charlotte office,” stated Ryan Jackson, president of RestorePro. “Under his leadership, coupled with favorable market conditions and our reputation for excellence, we are positioned well to capture significant market share in the reconstruction segment in Charlotte. Furthermore, he exemplifies RestorePro’s core values, including serving our clients with urgency, empathy, integrity, and personal excellence within a customer-first operational platform.”

The Charlotte area’s continued growth in RestorePro’s target vertical markets, positive economic conditions, proximity to the Raleigh headquarters location, built-in demand for reconstruction services, and access to talent all contributed to the firm selecting the Queen City for its newest location and bringing Charlebois on board as partner.

“I’m excited to join RestorePro as its partner in the new Charlotte office,” stated Charlebois. RestorePro is an industry leader in the disaster reconstruction market in Raleigh and Fayetteville, and we have a strategy in place to replicate that success here in Charlotte one client relationship at a time.”

Charlebois is IICRC-certified and a member of several leading industry associations, including the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, IFMA Charlotte, and the Triangle Apartment Association.
