Veteran sales and business strategist, Kassandra Valerio, has accepted the role of Executive Account Manager for TeamMattos’ SERVPRO franchise locations. In her new role, Valerio will be responsible for generating new business and meeting sales goals for the SERVPRO franchises in Boston, Weymouth, Mass., and Providence, R.I.

“Kassandra brings exemplary sales experience to position SERVPRO as the preferred restoration company in the region,” said Frank Mattos, CEO/Owner of Team Mattos’ SERVPRO locations. “Her extensive experience in relationship building and knowledge of restoration services will help support our ongoing operations.”

With nearly two decades of experience, Valerio brings a varied skillset from her previous role as a business development manager. Over her career, she has gained invaluable experience in sales, brand development, and customer retention.

“SERVPRO is one of the most reputable restoration companies in the region, and I am thrilled to be joining a passionate and resourceful team who work diligently to address issues, both residential and commercial,” Valerio said. Her addition to the team comes after TeamMattos recently expanded to service the Burlington and Woburn areas in Massachusetts.

Valerio earned her bachelor’s degree from Gannon University. Residing in Sutton, Massachusetts, she lives with her husband and four sons. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.
