Q: I have an adjuster that only wants to pay me for cleaning part of the homeowners contents but they all need to be cleaned to be able to do the job right. I don't want to do the job and have an order problem down the road. How do I handle this?

A: This type of situation takes lots of tact and diplomacy. Remember your name is on the job when it is done so do it right or don't do it.
