Phoenix Renovation and Restoration, Inc., a growing insurance restoration company in Overland Park, announces that it has successfully acquired Brown Restoration and Remodeling, a highly recognized, locally-owned property restoration and remodeling company. Operation of the newly renamed company, ‘Brown Remodeling and Restoration’, commences immediately. 

Mark Heinze and Pat Murphy, Co-Owners of Phoenix Renovation, are very pleased with the acquisition and said that it will enable Phoenix to participate more fully in the residential remodeling industry in the area, while also continuing to grow its insurance restoration resources to better serve all of its customers.

In order to distinguish itself from its prior ownership, Phoenix’s new sister company will be renamed “Brown Remodeling and Restoration”.  This name change will serve to emphasize its focus on residential remodeling, for which it has always been better-known in the Kansas City area.
