Steamatic, Inc. has selected ClientRunner Software, Inc. as its exclusive provider of online and mobile workflow/customer relationship management applications for their corporate and franchise system, according to a report on franchising.com. Individual franchises have already begun the training process and will begin implementing the new technology this month.
Steamatic's transition to ClientRunner will allow its restoration and cleaning franchise system to be integrated with XactAnalysis to help provide better real-time reporting to the insurance carriers and improve Steamatic's quality assurance to its customers.
