DKI Named Partner of Naval War College Foundation
(Wood Dale, IL, August 9, 2011) – DKI Commercial Solutions, a leader in providing business continuity planning and emergency response services, announced today that it is has been named a Corporate Partner of The Naval War College Foundation due to its support and financial donation to the College.
For over 120 years the Naval War College has played a key role in preparing future military leaders to cope with ever-changing world scenarios that threaten peace and security. While attending the College, students benefit immensely from the interaction with over 100 foreign officers representing more than 60 nations from every branch of the military. This interaction provides the opportunity to build maritime partnerships and bridges for understanding worldwide.
DKI Commercial Solutions was invited to attend this year’s Current Strategy Forum, titled Energy and U.S. National Security: Vulnerability and Opportunity, because it shares a similar mission to the Naval War College Foundation of working directly with businesses and organizations to analyze risks and probable scenarios to develop intelligent response plans for when such potential events occur.
DKI Commercial Solutions also donated of $2,500 to assist the Foundation’s efforts in understanding the current and future impact of increasing global demands on natural resources while helping to enrich a student’s academic experience and provide significant assistance to the students, faculty and programs at the College.
