Kelowna, B.C., June 28, 2010 – Assured Software has appointed Brian Cannon to the position of President. The company’s previous president, Dave Coombs, will now sit on the Board of Directors and take an active role as Executive Vice-President.

Brian Cannon has extensive experience in the software industry. As Vice-President of Sales Operations and Vice-President of Finance and Administration for Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects, an SAP company) Cannon took an active role in the growth of the company. During his eight years at Crystal Decisions, it grew from $10M to $305M in annual revenue.
