Hananvans, Others Earn Rainbow Honors

Area residents Rob and Tuesday Hanavan came back home trip to Texas last month with more than fond memories; they also returned with the Rainbow International Franchisee of the Year Award, other accolades for themselves and their team and praise from scores of friends and business associates.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor than can be earned by a franchisee. The winning franchise must show consistent growth through proper training and management of the organization, consistent high sales volume and quality customer service.

The award was presented at The Dwyer Group Annual Reunion in San Antonio, Texas. Reunion is a festive event bringing the many concepts of The Dwyer Group together annually for updates, inspirational speakers, informative business-specific classes and fellowship.

Rob and Tuesday also earned the Personal Achievement Award, $2 Million Benchmark Award and Market Penetration Award. Rob earned the coveted Excellence in Mentoring Award. To further highlight the event, longtime employee Karen Chapman was named Business Development Associate of the Year.

 “These awards are a reflection of our entire team’s caring, commitment and dedication,” said Rob. “To us, it’s about more than just doing a job. The Rainbow International system helps us build long-term relationships with our customers. With us, they know they can count on courteous, professional and fast service. We’re grateful to the good people of our area for trusting us with their business and will continue to provide the world-class service they expect and deserve.”
