$12 million flood rehab permit issued for Grand Ole Opry
Several flood-related building permits - for repairs totaling nearly $15 million - were issued for Gaylord-owned properties Friday.
The largest was a $12 million rehabilitation permit issued for the Grand Ole Opry at 2800 Opryland Drive, which suffered extensive flood damage. According to the Opry’s website, the iconic stage was covered by 46 inches of floodwater. R.C. Mathews Contractor will oversee reconstruction, according to the permit.
