Campbell DKI is proud to announce that 2010 is the 30th anniversary of the founding of their business.

“What I started 30 years ago has really changed in regards to how business is done,” said founder Michael W. Campbell. “The construction process is still the same – framing, drywall, painting and floor covering – but technology has had an incredible impact on the business. Many years ago when we had a disaster to attend to, we went out with a Polaroid or 35mm camera, took pictures, developed two copies, and then mailed them to the adjustor with an estimate done on a manual typewriter. Now we all carry high-tech cell phones, snap the pictures and send them anywhere in seconds. Instantly we send photos, insurance information, and estimates to get the job done. It’s unbelievable how things have changed.”
