Change is here. Everyone felt it. You already know it.

Disruption is happening. This is what you can do about it: attend this year's RESTORATION2.0 event.

The tides of industry and technology are changing. We want to make sure you are on the RISING tide. AI and automation are disrupting the old insurance frameworks. Our mission is to anticipate the coming changes in order to take advantage of the new market.

This year's summit will focus on three key areas that every Restoration Contractor can use to be on the rising tide of the new RESTORATION2.0 world: Mindset, Machine and Marketing

1) Mindset: we will turn inward and adjust our worldview in order to refocus our efforts at our true market

2) Machine: we will look at our business processes and start to fine tune the inner workings of process and procedure. Lean and automated are the key factors to winning the next level of insurance repairs.

3) Marketing: TPAs are going away (despite what they tell us). The days of direct carrier referral are numbered. We must take our marketing and prospecting to the next level in order to win the game of FNOL (First Notice of Loss).

We can do it, together.

It is our Unbreakable Unity that will create the change that we strive for.

Your Rebel Leader,

Andy McCabe
