Ryan Tasovac is Senior Vice President of Custodial Services at Peckham, Inc., a Lansing-based nonprofit that provides employment, training, and support for people with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment. Through its custodial operations, Peckham creates meaningful jobs while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, reliability, and customer service. Ryan’s background includes commercial facilities maintenance and operational leadership, with previous roles at JLL, Elgin U-46, and North American Corp. He serves on the board of the Cleaning Industry Research Institute and previously served on the IICRC board, including as vice chair of Cleaning and Inspection Standards. His work focuses on operational excellence, workforce development, and meaningful employment.
