Julie Mazzuca has 16 years in clandestine drug lab testing and decontamination and ten years of combined experience in environmental program and project management, contracting support, and consulting to the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Defense (DoD). Ms. Mazzuca also serves as both the Industrial Hygienist and CEO of Meth Lab Cleanup Company. She also leads Meth Lab Cleanup in research and technology development initiatives focusing on chemical applications, equipment and methodologies that will advance the industry.
During the methamphetamine manufacturing process, chemical compounds become airborne (volatilized) and settle out, depositing onto walls, into heating/cooling units, ceilings, appliances, floors, carpets, and other typical household items throughout the building’s interior.
