Joe is a 25 year veteran of the facility maintenance industry, IICRC certified WRT, ASD, CCT. He is the Founder and current Vice President of Cleantec in Liverpool NY, the area’s largest independently owned facility service company. In addition to his restoration experience, he is licensed by NYS to perform residential building inspections and has a B.A degree from SUNY Fredonia.
I’ve been asked recently by a few people, quite understandably, why I started a new company: Haven Environmental. The conversations usually go down the same path, ending with a “you’re how old?” or “can you make a living at that?”
