It was October 3, 2013 when Rainbow International of Sioux Falls, S.D., arrived at a twin home in the city to assess a hoarding job they had been contacted about.

The International Cleaning and Restoration Association (ICRA) has announced that it is going to be offering a Performance Assessment Certification for various cleaning and restoration designations, according to a press release. 

It started with a roof drain leak.

The Experience is extending an invitation to cleaners and restorers, who are actively involved in providing services and management, to present as a guest speaker at The Experience Convention and Trade Show.

Amistee Air Duct Cleaning & Insulation, formed by life-long friends Steve Dickinson and Mike McCowan, is celebrating its 10^th year in business, according to a press release. 

After a successful inaugural show, the International Cleaning Experts (ICE) Expo will return in 2015. The event is scheduled for January 29-30 in Las Vegas.

In early February, the IICRC announced the publication of the new ANSI/IICRC S800 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Inspection of Textile Floorcoverings.

The IICRC S500 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration was made available for public review earlier in 2013, and we received a lot of comments that have helped us to create a revised document with multiple changes and clarifications throughout.
