DKI has announced that its member company, TRC Disaster Solutions, (Tulsa, OK) will donate thousands of turkeys to the following charitable organizations: John 3:16 Mission, Catholic Charities of Tulsa, The Salvation Army, Disabled American Veterans and Street School of Tulsa. The organizations will prepare the turkeys and serve them to those who might otherwise go without.

According to a press release,DKI, North America's largest disaster restoration contracting organization, announced today that they have undergone a new majority shareholder change and that former Chairman of the Board, Frank Headen, has sold his shares to Charles Ebersole, President of Eastern Diversified Services.
