From the very beginning of COVID-19, we have been very proud of the way our industry has responded to this crisis. This pride carries through each of us to keep moving forward in the right direction. Our current plan provides options and steps to protect the health of our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and industry. This effort was informed by multiple viewpoints.

The Experience Convention and Trade Show has had discussions with Governor’s Office in Nevada, The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Caesars Entertainment, sponsors, some exhibitors, and speakers and we all are in agreement that we do not feel like it would be safe to hold a convention or trade show in person in September due to COVID-19.  Attendees and exhibitors have expressed they want to meet – safely – in person this year, so we have pushed back the date of the event to November 19, 20, 21, 2020.

In order to hold the event over these new dates, we do have to move locations in Las Vegas as well. The new location for this event will be at the BRAND NEW Caesars Forum Convention Center and the hotel room block will be at the newly renovated Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.  (Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel was just completely remodeled their Casino and Hotel Rooms!)

Our staff has been working diligently to begin implementing the next steps to take in moving forward.  For those who already booked in the official block at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, you will have the first chance to re-book at the Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. You will receive an automatic cancellation of your room reservation from the Paris Hotel. You will also receive a link to rebook your room at the same rates at the New Harrahs Hotel. Note that Friday and Saturday rates have been negotiated down to $139.

For those who have not booked, you will receive an email as soon as housing is online, estimated to be next week. If at any time you do not feel like you can attend or stay at the hotel, you may cancel your reservation risk free up to 72 hours before your arrival. Make your plans now, knowing you can change or cancel plans later on.

Our registrations online will reopen next week as we transfer all information over in our systems. We invite you to join us in Las Vegas November 19, 20 & 21, 2020.  We will offer refunds or transfers for your registration should you determine that you will not attend.  You must contract us 10 days in advance.
