Aramsco Finalizing Acquisition of Natural Stone Solutions
Natural Stone Solutions Inc., including all related entities, (“NSS”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell substantially all of its assets to Aramsco, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Our combined goal will be to take advantage of the expanded resources of both businesses to provide more services to our customers,” said Richard Salerno, CEO of Aramsco.
