Catastrophe Cleaning & Restoration Company, dba CATCO, has added several people to key positions on its St. Louis staff. Michael Hammack, owner and president stated, “The CATCO brand continues to grow, and we’ve raised the bar by adding several outstanding, experienced individuals to our team.”

Brian Lee, CATCO’s new cleaning operations manager, is a 20-plus-year veteran of the restoration industry, having served in numerous management capacities with restoration companies on the east coast as well as in Las Vegas, Nevada, from where he originates. His extensive list of accomplishments includes master and journeyman level IICRC certifications in many areas of this industry as well as advanced hands-on knowledge of the MICA Mitigation Suite and other moisture mapping and industry specific estimating, scheduling and recording applications required by today’s technology savvy clients. “Mr. Lee brings to CATCO the unique ability to see the big picture as well as address all the details necessary to develop a more loyal customer base through upgrading our already excellent reputation,” says Hammack.

Rich Johns heads up a new Emergency Response and Community Outreach department for CATCO. Johns returns to the company after further honing his restoration industry skills and business development knowledge. Since leading CATCO’s Air Conveyance Treatment Services Division in the late 1990s, he has managed his own restoration business as well as others. With more than 20 years in the industry, numerous certifications and myriad posts with community based organizations, Johns is more than qualified to reach out to those who suffer from fires and other disasters through quick response, personal service and outreach efforts with local municipal services.

Jacqueline Winkler, CATCO’s new sales and business development professional, also brings the company the depth needed to fully serve many of the auxiliary vertical markets in the St. Louis region. With a resume that includes more than 15 years in construction project management as well as interior design, administration, marketing, and a proven track record with project teams at all levels, she offers customer service to regional professionals in many fields. Her training, coordination abilities and liaison skills complement CATCO’s full-service restoration arsenal that includes reconstruction as well as disaster cleaning.

“We’re seeking to further extend our base of business while ensuring we uphold our company’s mission statement:  to provide restoration services emphasizing excellence and individual dignity,” states President Michael Hammack. “While we have been ever expanding our experienced staff base, I believe these three people epitomize the scope of our mission, and we’re excited about the prospect of working with them all in the years to come.”
