Believe it or not, good old fashioned Dawn works wonders if the fire is not too bad.

However, there are several ways to handle dishes in a fire scenario. If there is a lot of soot on the dishes, it may be more effective and efficient to run them through the ultrasonic machine for processing.

A lot of the time we find that the dishes just need to be washed and we setup an assembly line to do this quickly. See more in the video below:
