CertainTeed Gypsum introduces new ProRoc Shaftliner
CertainTeed Gypsum introduces the new ProRoc Moisture and Mold Resistant Shaftliner Type X with M2Tech technology for use in elevator shafts, stairwells, and area separation firewalls in commercial and multi-family buildings.
ProRoc Shaftliner with M2Tech is a 1-inch gypsum board with a specially formulated, fire-resistant, noncombustible core enclosed in a heavy moisture- and mold-resistant 100 percent recycled paper. This product features double-beveled edges for easy and fast installation.
ProRoc Shaftliner can be combined with other ProRoc with M2Tech gypsum board products and is primarily used in shaft wall and area separation firewall systems where enhanced mold resistance is required or preferred.
