In this course, students will learn the techniques and safety issues related to carpet repair and re-installation, carpet construction, the inspection process prior to cleaning, tools of the trade, floor preparation, adhesives, carpet cushion (pad) installation, tackless strip and moldings, seaming, and proper stretching.

The IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) course is a comprehensive classroom and hands-on training course. In this class, students will dry a flooded house affected by water damage. This class will give students hands-on field experience, including water extraction, using moisture meters and sensors, setting dry goals and monitoring the job site, calculating how much equipment is needed, installing the equipment, and more!

The IICRC OCT course teaches the principles of odor control on restoration projects. Issues with odors and smells are often found on restoration projects. This class teaches restorers how they can identify, understand and remove odors from job sites.
