Global Prevention Services (GPS), one
of the nation’s largest mold prevention and remediation companies, recently
announced that they have moved into a new larger corporate office complex. The
move coincides and supports their aggressive expansion plans that were reported
earlier this year.
The new corporate offices remain in
Scottsdale, Arizona, but have moved to 7329 East Greenway Road. All phone
numbers and other contact information remains the same. The larger offices
allow GPS to increase their franchise growth support and warehousing
capabilities for their proprietary PureSpace® product line.
Just last month the company announced
that they had embraced the franchise channel as the most efficient and
controlled method to launch a calculated national expansion campaign. Today,
the company has offices from Florida to California with plans for additional
offices to cover all major metropolitan areas.
“The green
PureSpace Process that provides the industry’s most cost effective and lasting
results will soon be available in additional markets across the country,”
stated Paul Cochrane, Director of Public Relations for Global Prevention
Services.
GPS currently has strong associations
with insurance companies, government agencies, school districts, national
property management companies and major commercial and residential builders.
The company is also strongly entrenched with homeowners in their current
markets. This has kept the company busy with organic growth and will give the
new franchise operations a significant head start.
“The move to the new corporate offices
has already had positive affects on our growth plans,” reported Michael
Himelfarb, President of Global Prevention Services. “GPS is already nationally
recognized within the industry from our years of service and leading insurance-backed
warranty; the company is pleased to be expanding our areas of service.”
