Hayward, Calif., Monday, March 15, 2010-Nationwide franchise, FRSTeam (Fabric Restoration Service Team) has received multiple acknowledgements for its recent growth, including listings in Entrepreneur’s 31st Annual Franchise 500® and Top 30 New Franchises, Franchise Times’ Fast 55®, and Franchise Business Review’s 2010 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.

“We are thrilled to receive brand recognition from Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top 500 franchises for 2010 as well as the #30 Top New Franchise for 2010.  We are so proud of our growth and the quality of operators we have been able to attract to our brand,” says FRSTeam CEO, Courtney Nicholas.  And, growth is a major component in determining eligibility and ranking for most of the awards FRSTeam has been honored with.

To be eligible for the Franchise 500 ranking, a franchise company must have a minimum of 10 units with at least one based in the U.S. and it must be seeking new franchisees in the U.S.  However, the most important criterion for consideration includes financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the system, along with the number of years a company has been in business and the length of time it's been franchising.  With the Franchise Times Fast 55, they rank franchise companies that have began franchising within the past 5 years based on their year over year percentage of growth.

The objective of Franchise Business Review is a little different.  They survey thousands of franchisees each year to measure satisfaction levels related to their franchise ownership experience. Survey questions address everything from training and support, system quality issues, franchisor relationship, and financial opportunity to overall satisfaction. Additionally, franchisees complete demographic and lifestyle questions to give a 360-degree view of their franchise ownership experience.

FRSTeam CEO, Courtney Nicholas, puts the honor verses the expectation into perspective, “To be named in Franchise Business Review’s 2010 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards in the Small Class and Services categories is both rewarding and a challenge.  We have a community of top operators working together under the FRSTeam brand and we celebrate and share this award with them.  The process revealed key areas to focus our energy for continued improvement and enhancing the value proposition of FRSTeam.  We thank our franchisees as they inspire, challenge and motivate us to keep reaching new heights.”  For more information about smoke, fire, water and mold restoration services, available territories, licensee happenings and upcoming exhibitions, visit FRSTeam.
