Delta Restoration Services®, a nationally recognized and award-winning franchise brand that provides restoration services to commercial and residential properties, announced today that it will be raising funds for the second year in a row for All Hands and Hearts, a nonprofit that provides essential immediate and long-term relief to communities impacted by natural disasters. The company’s Giving Tuesday campaign will run from Thursday, October 1 through Giving Tuesday (December 1).

All Hands and Hearts has worked to help the COVID-19 relief efforts in a variety of ways, including providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the early months of the pandemic when New York City was the national hotspot. The nonprofit continues to help regions across the globe battling COVID-19, including Los Angeles where the organization will launch a COVID 19 Relief Program in October.

Notably, 96 cents of every dollar All Hands and Hearts receives goes directly to its programs. The organization earned a 4-star rating by Charity Navigator six years in a row and a “Perfect 100” score on Charity Navigator’s rating system, which evaluates financial health, accountability and transparency. Less than one percent of rated nonprofits have received this distinction for financial and operational efficiency. Plus, All Hands and Hearts’ mission directly aligns with Delta Restoration Services’ focus on helping homeowners restore their homes and their lives in times of crisis.

To kick off the fall fundraiser, participating Delta Restoration Services locations will be making a donation to All Hands and Hearts for each new restoration job they begin during the campaign period.

“This year has been tough for everyone on a global level. But, a pandemic does not stop natural disasters from happening and it’s nonprofits like All Hands and Hearts that keep critical relief efforts going,” said Jeff Cohen, Vice President of Operations at Delta Restoration Services. “All Hands and Hearts, and more so the communities and people they serve, need our help today. We’re eager and proud to give back to a wonderful organization and an important cause that’s so close to our hearts for the second year in a row.”

Now more than ever, it’s important to give to organizations that provide the necessary relief for natural disasters. Every year, natural disasters affect more than 160 million people worldwide, according to the World Health Organization.

“We’re excited to partner with Delta Restoration Services again this year. Last Giving Tuesday, the Delta Restoration Services team was able to raise nearly $3,000 to help our volunteer-driven organization, which made a great impact for our relief programs across the world,” said Gina Deave, Director of Corporate Relations for All Hands and Hearts. “This year with everything going on in the world, we need help more than ever before. This partnership means a lot to our team and those we serve.”
