ATLANTA (AP) - A state insurance official in Georgia has told residents affected by widespread flooding that Clorox is going to be their best friend.
Residents returning to neighborhoods soaked by days of torrential rain
are also being urged to be cautious. Dangers include jagged debris in stagnant, murky water, and disease-causing bacteria. There has also been flooding at sewage plants in at least four Atlanta-area counties.
