Welcome to the Restoration Pavilion, where a diverse array of demonstrations will highlight the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in the restoration industry. This year, we are proud to present a comprehensive program designed to educate, inspire, and equip professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their field. A key focus of this year's presentations is the critical role of inspecting and assessing in the restoration process.
Demonstrators will be sharing tip sheets, job aides, and more so that you have tools to take back, share, and make an impact with your company and teams.

Water, Fire, and Delicates, Oh My! is a hands-on guide to contents restoration, covering water loss logistics, fire damage recovery using chemical sponges and ultrasonic cleaning, and the care of specialty items. Learn when and how to use the right equipment, manage packouts, and apply practical techniques to save valuable contents.
Step into the Restoration Pavilion for an immersive, high-energy demonstration that brings the core of restoration success back into focus — great people, foundational skills, and the right tools. Back to Basics is a side-by-side, real-world simulation of a water loss that showcases how different approaches can still align with standards and achieve the same goals — while keeping training alive in your day-to-day operations.
This dynamic demonstration will leave you inspired to integrate learning into your operations — not just as an event, but as a way of working. Because in restoration, mastery is built through repetition, reflection, and the right tools.

In this interactive session, we’ll take a closer look at HEPA filtration in vacuums, air scrubbers, and respirators to understand its role in protecting workers and the built environment.
From ensuring your equipment is operating at peak efficiency to verifying your PPE is providing proper protection, this demonstration will highlight the importance of filtration integrity and why understanding HEPA standards is crucial in our industry.

Increases in extreme weather events is causing the restoration industry to face an unprecedented volume of claims, from fire to water damage and beyond, and without the right technology to help scale operations, contractors are leaving money on the table. While no solution is a “one size fits all” tool, the right system can help your business to scale faster, work smarter, and improve accuracy. In this session, Robb Harrell will dive into how 360 documentation improves efficiency, converting site tours to actionable sketches and driving financial and operational impact, which can reduce cycle times by 61% and increase payment timelines by 70%. The presentation will focus on how 360 documentation scales post-disaster related repairs, diving into the technical benefits of 360 documentation, misconceptions around the technology, and finally, closing out with any questions and a quick demonstration of how DocuSketch’s 360 documentation works in water and fire repair scenarios.
