Audio Visual, electrical and dedicated internet can all be ordered through Encore. Order forms are included in the Exhibitor Ordering Information provided by LVE and by visiting Encore's Event Now ordering site here.
WIFI will be provided in the exhibit and meeting areas and is intended for checking email and light browsing. If you require internet for your demonstrations or to conduct business, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet line for your needs as this network will be available to all Experience attendees and exhibitors.

Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary full conference staff badge registrations based on the level and type of package purchased. The exhibitor/sponsor contact will be provided a unique complimentary registration code via email to redeem their staff registrations.

It is a standard requirement for all exhibitors to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, September 8-12, 2026, naming BNP Media (550 W Merrill St, Ste 200, Birmingham, MI 48009) as certificate holder. The following must be named as additional insured: BNP Media and Paris Las Vegas.
Proof of Insurance is Mandatory
Having insurance will protect your company, employees, and volunteers, should a claim arise against you for something that occurred at your booth. If you already have compliant coverage, please forward your proof of insurance to whitelm@bnpmedia.com and be sure to include the exhibiting company name and 'The Experience Convention & Trade Show' in your message.

Numerous companies have been contacting The Experience attendees, sponsors and exhibitors claiming to sell/rent the The Experience attendee list. Any third party attempting to solicit money in exchange for attendee information is fraudulent. Neither The Experience nor any of our partners will ever distribute attendee information .
Many of these firms are increasingly deceptive and aggressive in their marketing tactics - sometimes falsely including The Experience logo/website/name in their email signatures. These companies have no affiliation with The Experience, Restoration & Remediation Magazine or BNP Media and should be ignored. Unfortunately, because company names and “From” email addresses frequently change, it makes it very challenging to stop their actions.
