Innovative Expo is the official contracted decorating service for The Experience Convention & Trade Show. Exhibitors will receive an email from service@innovativeexpo.com with the ordering information. ENCORE DISCOUNTED RATE DEADLINE = AUGUST 13, 2025
Audio Visual, electrical, dedicated internet and banner hanging can all be ordered through Encore. Order forms are included in the Exhibitor Ordering Information provided by Innovative Expo and by visiting Encore's Event Now ordering site here. Exhibitors will have the chance to enjoy a discount if you book 20 days prior to the event start date.
WIFI will be provided in the exhibit and meeting areas and is intended for checking email and light browsing. If you require internet for your demonstrations and to conduct business, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet line for your needs as this network will be available to all Experience attendees and exhibitors.

DEADLINE FOR DISCOUNTED RATES = August 10, 2025
The EXPERIENCE has a room block reserved at the Harrah's Las Vegas, which has direct access to the Conference Center, and Caesars Palace located across the street, for the 2025 Convention and Trade Show. Discounted room rates range from $69 a night to $165 a night plus taxes and resort fees. Discounted rates are available until August 10 or until the block sells out.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING HOTEL: Caesars Forum Conference Center is located behind Harrah's Las Vegas with direct access to the hotel rooms. Caesars Palace is located across the street/strip from Caesars Forum Conference Center and is about a 20 minute walk.
Beware of unauthorized hotel solicitations and avoid companies falsely posing as a partner of The Experience.
For your protection, only book via the Travel page on The Experience website, using the Harrah's and Caesars Palace links. Harrah's nor Caesars solicits reservations via direct phone calls. Any calls received to book hotel rooms is not affiliate with the event and we strongly recommend NOT booking through these channels.
REGISTER BY = August 15, 2025
Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary full conference staff badge registrations based on the level and type of package purchased. The exhibitor/sponsor contact will be provided a unique complimentary registration code via email to redeem their staff registrations.
Badge registration instructions will come from The Experience Convention & Trade Show 2025 (experience@bnp-event-info.com)
If additional registrations are needed above and beyond the complimentary passes, they are available for purchase through the registration site.

DEADLINE = AUGUST 1, 2025
It is a standard requirement for all exhibitors to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. BNP Media (550 W Merrill St., Suite 200, Birmingham, MI 48009, 248-362-3700) and Caesars Forum Conference Center (3911 S Koval Ln., Las Vegas, NV) shall be named as additional insured. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, September 3-5, 2025.
Proof of Insurance is Mandatory
Having insurance will protect your company, employees, and volunteers, should a claim arise against you for something that occurred at your booth. If you already have compliant coverage, please forward your proof of insurance to hansona@bnpmedia.com and be sure to include the exhibiting company name and 'The Experience Convention & Trade Show' in your message.
If you do not have coverage, it can easily be secured through Rainprotection.

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to send either a pre show or a post show email directly to event registered attendees that “opted-in” to receive third-party communications. Pre-show emails can be requested from July 7, through August 15, 2025 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Post-event emails can be requested from August 30 through November 14, 2025 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Giveaway-A-Day will be given away to attendees during the last 20 minutes of the trade show hall hours or during the reception/party. A brief company description will be mentioned with the Giveaway. Attendees must be present to win. Numerous companies have been contacting The Experience attendees, sponsors and exhibitors claiming to sell/rent the The Experience attendee list. Any third party attempting to solicit money in exchange for attendee information is fraudulent. Neither The Experience nor any of our partners will ever distribute attendee information except as outlined in our sponsorship contracts and privacy policy.
Many of these firms are increasingly deceptive and aggressive in their marketing tactics - sometimes falsely including The Experience logo/website/name in their email signatures. These companies have no affiliation with The Experience, Restoration & Remediation Magazine or BNP Media and should be ignored. Unfortunately, because company names and “From” email addresses frequently change, it makes it very challenging to stop their actions.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience that these spammers cause you — we also receive these deceptive emails.
The Experience has secured a number of discounted room rates at Harrah's and Caesars Palace. For your protection, only book via the online reservations links on the event website or call the hotels directly and ask for the “The Experience” group rate.
Avoid companies falsely posing as a partner of the Show. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with The Experience and secure deposits and/or full prepayment fraudulently. Companies or attendees who book rooms through a “third party room broker” often end up at sold out hotels with no reservations and no recourse for the payment of rooms.
