How much does it cost to attend The Experience Convention and Tradeshow?
Registration for The Experience Convention is a great buy! The cost to register ranges from $25-$399, depending on registration type and when you register. The earlier you register, the more you save!
What does my registration include?
Full Conference includes: Receptions, Industry Party, breaks, classroom education, all hands-on education, conference material, exhibition pass for all three days and 12 CEC awarded, plus you can get 2 CEC’s for checking in at the IICRC booth.
Expo Hall Only includes: Entrance into the exhibition all three days, plus all hands-on education in exhibit hall and 2 CEC credits for trade show only.
How do I register more than 1 person?
There will be an option during the registration process to add additional registrants.
Am I a Diamond or Platinum Member of The Experience?
The Diamond and Platinum Experience Programs (DEP or PEP) are a benefit earned over the years of attendance. It is not an option to purchase entry into the program. This benefit is earned by attending The Experience Conference or Convention a specific number of times as a full paid registrant. Attending the events as a Trade Show Only attendee does not count towards your qualification into these programs.
If you are a member of The Diamond Experience Program or The Platinum Experience Program you will receive a letter from The Experience Events confirming your program level and registration instructions. If you have questions about this program and/or qualifications, please contact Dana Tessmer.
The Diamond and Platinum registrations are audited and therefore if you register for an event as a Diamond or Platinum member and are not a member, The Experience staff reserves the right to change your registration type. Additional fees may occur. The attendee is responsible for any additional fees and/or additional charges. At no time can a Diamond or Platinum member use a discount code when registering for an event.

Diamond Experience Program
(DEP) gives many Exclusive Benefits to attendees who have attended at least five (5) of the last seventeen (17) Experience Events as a Full Paid Attendee, such as:

Platinum Experience Program
(PEP) gives attendees who have attended at least ten (10) of the last seventeen (17) Experience Events as a Full Paid Attendee all of the Diamond Experience Benefits PLUS:

How do I book a hotel room and airfare?
Airfare and hotel are booked on your own. Please visit the Travel Page for more information.
Do I have to sign up for each of The Experience Conference educational classes?
NO! Once you have registered to attend The Experience as a full conference attendee, there is no additional signup required for the classes that are held by The Experience on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Pre and Post Classes. Do they cost an additional fee?
Yes, in most cases. Please refer to the Agenda for pricing.
What can I win at the show?
The Experience and many of the exhibitors will be holding drawings for prizes throughout the event. Plus, you can win Apple-A-Day Giveaway prizes each day as well. You must play the event app game to win! Prizes range from gift cards to electronics to the newest cleaning equipment.
How do I make the most out of my time at The Experience Convention?
You will only get out of The Experience Convention what you put into it. Plan your days before coming to the show. Download the event app, (information to come on how to do this), and set up your schedule. Know which booths you want to visit, which professionals you want to connect with, and what classes you plan on attending.
What is the appropriate attire?
Casual. Come as you are!
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes! Children 16 years old and younger are free! We ask you to register them, so they can receive a badge and feel very important. To add your children to your registration, please contact bnp@executivevents.com. Parents must be registered to register a child.
I never received a confirmation.
This could be for the following reasons:
- The final submit button was not hit and the registration was not completed.
