Wahl Instruments has released a new thermal imaging camera, the Ultra High Sensitivity Wahl Heat Spy 170.  The camera features SpyLite thermal view to reveal temperatures only above or below a set point to better emphasize temperatures of interest on a scene. It features a 384 x 288 detector for more than 110,000 individually calibrated pixels, with a thermal sensitivity of ≤ 0.04°C. A 640 x 480, 3.6” LCD touch screen display also comes standard.

It offers video recording to document temperatures and video or image files can be viewed in up to four different modes - visible, thermal, SpyLite, and Picture-in-Picture. Users can take advantage of Bluetooth connectivity to transfer files to a PC, manage imager settings and files, or view live video output.
