Wood Dale, IL –  DKI Services Corporation, the parent company of Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, announced today that it was named to the fourth annual Inc. 5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fast-growing private companies.   This is the first time DKI has appeared on the list.

For more than 30 years, Inc.’s list has served as evidence of the significant accomplishments of American enterprise.  The list debuted in 1981 as a ranking of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The following year, it expanded to the Inc. 500 and, in 2007, the Inc. 5000 was inaugurated. Through each evolution, Inc. has sought to recognize and to celebrate the creativity, dedication, and hard work that entrepreneurs put into building their companies.

“The leaders of the companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have figured out how to grow their businesses during the longest recession since the Great Depression,” said Inc. president Bob LaPointe. “The 2010 Inc. 5000 showcases a particularly hardy group of entrepreneurs.”

The Inc. 5000 posted aggregate revenue of $321.6 billion in 2009, up more than 50 percent from the previous year.  As an Inc. 5000 honoree, DKI shares a prestigious lineage with companies such as Toys R Us, Jamba Juice, Microsoft and many other powerful companies.

“For the last 35 years, DKI has worked hard to ensure its core strategies support the company’s overall vision, mission and values,” Dale Sailer, DKI president said.  “This honor just reaffirms the direction and strength of the DKI organization.”
