Attendee FAQs

Registration for The Experience Conference is a great buy! The cost to register ranges from $10-$389, depending on registration type and when you register. The earlier you register, the more you save!

Full Conference includes: Receptions, Industry Party, breaks, classroom education, all hands-on education, conference material, exhibition pass for all three days.and 12 CEC awarded, plus you can get 2 CEC’s for checking in at the IICRC booth.

Expo Hall Only includes: Entrance into the exhibition all three days, plus all hands-on education in exhibit hall and 2 CEC credits for trade show only.

There will be an option during the registration process to add additional registrants.

The Diamond and Platinum Attendee Experience Programs (DEP or PEP) are a benefit earned over the years of attendance. It is not an option to purchase entry into the program. This benefit is earned by attending The Experience Conference or Convention a specific number of times as a full paid registrant. Attending the events as a Trade Show Only attendee does not count towards your qualification into these programs.

If you are a member of The Diamond Experience Program or The Platinum Experience Program you will receive a letter from The Experience Events confirming your program level and registration instructions. If you have questions about this program and/or qualifications, please contact Dana Tessmer.

The Diamond and Platinum registrations are audited and therefore if you register for an event as a Diamond or Platinum member and are not a member, The Experience staff reserves the right to change your registration type. Additional fees may occur. The attendee is responsible for any additional fees and/or additional charges. At no time can a Diamond or Platinum member use a discount code when registering for an event.

Diamond Experience Program
(DEP) gives many Exclusive Benefits to attendees who have attended at least five (5) of the last sixteen (18) Experience Events as a Full Paid Attendee, such as:

Platinum Experience Program
(PEP) gives attendees who have attended at least ten (10) of the last sixteen (18) Experience Events as a Full Paid Attendee all of the Diamond Experience Benefits PLUS:

• Welcome Gift at Registration Pick Up

The Experience Conference is for the owners, manager, and technicians. There is something at The Experience for everyone including educational classes, hands-on sessions, products, tools and equipment to try before you buy.

Yes! IICRC gives 12 continuing education credits to those who attend the Conference as a full paid registrant (3 Day Educational sessions) and 2 continuing education credits to those that come to The Experience Conference Exhibition only. Visit IICRC at their booth to get signed up.

Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund. No refund or credit of any type will be provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by contacting BNP Event Registration Services at bnp@executivevents.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.

NO! Once you have registered to attend The Experience as a full conference attendee, there is no additional signup required for the classes that are held by The Experience on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Airfare and hotel are booked on your own. Please visit the Travel Page for detailed information about room block location and rates.

The Experience and many of the exhibitors will be holding drawings for prizes throughout the event. Plus, you can win Apple-A-Day Giveaway prizes each day as well. You must play the event app game to win! Prizes range from gift cards to electronics to the newest cleaning equipment.

You will only get out of The Experience Conference what you put into it. Plan your days before coming to the show. Download the event app, (information to come on how to do this), and set up your schedule. Know which booths you want to visit, which professionals you want to connect with, and what classes you plan on attending.

Yes! Children 16 years old and younger are free! We ask you to register them, so they can receive a badge and feel very important. To add your children to your registration, please contact bnp@executivevents.com. Parents must be registered to register a child.
