- Cleaning: Health and safety, rug, flooring, upholstery, stone and tile, inspection etc; and service upgrades tailored for cleaners.
- Restoration: Health and safety, water, fire, mold, mycotoxins, contents, biohazards, Indoor Air Quality, etc; air and surface contamination control, employee retention, and revenue growth for restorers.
- Business Development Marketing: Administration, industry trends, management, marketing, recruiting and training techniques for business growth.
Our goal is to inform and inspire by showcasing technology-based innovations now in trials and soon to emerge to improve design and construction.
- New Technologies or Technology-based Processes: We are looking for progress reports on developing innovations that are truly new, have been significantly tested on real projects, and have the potential to change the future of the industry.
- Innovative New Uses of Existing Technologies: We also are interested in seeing demonstrations of novel and creative ways to use existing technologies to achieve unprecedented results that are repeatable by others and scalable to achieve great things.
- New Ideas in Technology Development and Deployment: We are interested in fresh ways to cultivate and encourage technology trials, refinement and adoption, as well as new insights into how technology can be better implemented and evaluated in the industry.

Who Should Submit A Proposal
Cleaning and restoration industry experts seeking to share their knowledge of how to enhance business and increase profits with content geared towards the owners, managers, and technicians at cleaning and restoration companies.
Show Format
The three-day conference with a 2 day exhibition will feature expert keynotes, breakout sessions as well as live hands-on demonstrations. Your submission will be considered for inclusion in any of these formats at the planning committee’s discretion.
Additional Notes -
- Technologies should be reasonably available to the industry now, or very soon, (not in initial or conceptual development stages or available only to the presenter’s company.)
- A person or firm may submit multiple proposals. Proposals from teams for live on-stage demonstrations also are welcome.
- Length and formats of presentations selected for the 2025 program will be determined by Restoration & Remediation (R&R) and coordinated with the presenters.
- Proposals will be evaluated by Restoration & Remediation (R&R) editors based on innovation, transformative potential and the WOW factor, so show us your best!
- Conference speakers will receive a complimentary full registration to attend the conference, with a partial discount code for a limited number of colleagues.
Important Dates
- Submission deadline : November 8,2024.
- Review period: Review and program development will take place in the weeks following the deadline.
- Notification: Selected speakers will be notified mid-December 2024.
- Show dates April 8-10, 2025 at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center in Punta Gorda, FL
