  Exhibitors will be able to promote their participation in The Experience Conference and Exhibition by requesting access to email attendees up to one time before after the event (restrictions apply).

The Fern Exhibitor Services Manual includes exhibiting details, rules, regulations, ordering forms and deadlines for booth furniture, carpet, electrical, labor, shipping and other important services you may need for your booth at The Experience Conference and Exhibition.

ATTENDEE LIST

Numerous companies have been contacting The Experience attendees, sponsors and exhibitors claiming to sell/rent the The Experience attendee list. Any third party attempting to solicit money in exchange for attendee information is fraudulent. Neither The Experience nor any of our partners will ever distribute attendee information except as outlined in our sponsorship contracts and privacy policy.

Many of these firms are increasingly deceptive and aggressive in their marketing tactics - sometimes falsely including The Experience logo/website/name in their email signatures. These companies have no affiliation with The Experience, Restoration & Remediation Magazine or BNP Media and should be ignored. Unfortunately, because company names and “From” email addresses frequently change, it makes it very challenging to stop their actions.

HOTELS

The Experience has secured a number of discounted room rates at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown, connected to the convention center to make your trip affordable. For your protection, only book via the online reservations links on the event website or call the hotel directly and ask for the “The Experience” group rate.

Avoid companies falsely posing as a partner of the Show. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with The Experience and secure deposits and/or full prepayment fraudulently. Companies or attendees who book rooms through a “third party room broker” often end up at sold out hotels with no reservations and no recourse for the payment of rooms.

Note about High Speed Internet

The Chattanooga Convention Center is equipped with high speed wireless internet. The facility has connectivity throughout the building at no charge to exhibitors. There is no password needed to surf the web or check your emails. If you have a greater service need and require an individual hardwire line, it will need to be ordered prior to your event. Hardwire Services are recommended for digital phones, credit card machines, interactive kiosks, streaming video presentations or interactive laptop learning stations.

Exhibit Hall Hours

No materials may be packed up, loaded or removed from the Exhibit Hall before 3:00 pm on Friday, April 5, 2024

DEADLINE FOR DISCOUNTED RATES = March 10, 2024

The EXPERIENCE room block at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown for the 2024 Conference and Exhibition have expired. However, we suggest giving the hotel a call directly to see if any rooms are still available at the discounted rate of $165 a night.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE = March 10, 2024

Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary full conference staff registrations based on the level and type of package purchased. The exhibitor/sponsor contact will be provided a customized complimentary registration code via email to redeem their staff registrations by the end of January.

NOTE: Carriers must be Checked-In on Friday April 5, by 4:00pm for outbound shipments. Freight will be re-routed via Fern Transportation at 5:00 pm, Friday, April 5, 2024. Exhibitor is responsible for all additional material handling and shipping costs associated with freight re-routes.

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to send either a pre show or post show email directly to event attendees that “opted-in” to receive third-party communications. Pre-show emails can be requested from February 3, through March 14, 2024 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Post-event emails can be requested from April 8 through July 2, 2024 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Donate for the 2024 Events! Donate a Prize to be given away during the 2024 event. The prize(s) will be given away to attendees during the Apple-A-Day Giveaway. The Apple-A-Day Giveaway will be given away to attendees during the last 30 minutes of the trade show hall hours or during the reception/party. A brief company description will be mentioned with the Giveaway(s). Attendees must be present to win.
