All exhibitors are responsible for ordering their own additional furnishings, equipment, utilities, and labor which are detailed in the Exhibitor Services Manual which will be available mid-March.

The Freeman Decorating Exhibitor Services Manual will include exhibiting details, rules, regulations, ordering forms and deadlines for booth furniture, carpet, electrical, labor, shipping and other important services you may need for your booth at The Experience Conference and Exhibition.

Exhibit Hall Hours

No materials may be packed up, loaded or removed from the Exhibit Hall before 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2023

DEADLINE FOR DISCOUNTED RATES = April 5, 2023

The EXPERIENCE has a room block reserved at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina Hotel for the 2023 Conference and Exhibition. Discounted room rate is $169 per night and is available until April 6 or the block sells out. We do anticipate a sold out situation so be sure to reserve your room early.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE = April 25, 2023

Exhibitors and sponsors receive complimentary full conference staff registrations based on the level and type of package purchased. The exhibitor/sponsor contact will be provided a customized complimentary registration code via email to redeem their staff registrations.

If additional registrations are needed above and beyond the complimentary passes, they are available for purchase through the registration site

PRE-SHOW EMAIL REQUESTS = March 9, 2023 - April 18, 2023

POST-SHOW EMAIL REQUESTS = May 11, 2023 - August 4, 2023

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to send either a pre show or post show email directly to event attendees that “opted-in” to receive third-party communications. Pre-show emails can be requested from March 9, through April 18, 2023 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Post-event emails can be requested from May 11 through August 4, 2023 with deployment dates made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Donate for the 2023 Events! Donate a Prize to be given away during the 2023 event. The prize(s) will be given away to attendees during the Apple-A-Day give-a-way. The Apple-A-Day give-a-way will be given away to attendees during the last 30 minutes of the trade show hall hours or during the reception/party. A brief company description will be mentioned with the give-a-ways. Attendees must be present to win. Example of give-a-way: Company Machine, Company Products, Company Equipment, iPad, iPod, TV, Gift Cards($25, $50, $100, $300, $500)
