William May began his construction career at 19, starting with demolition and cleanup before learning multiple trades alongside skilled professionals. His drive and work ethic led him into project management and high-end remodeling estimating. Seeking more meaningful work, he joined Thomasville Restoration in November 2022 with no prior insurance experience. Thanks to his adaptability and strong team support, he rose to Head of Production in just 2.5 years. Today, William leads with purpose, proud to guide a team that helps families rebuild their homes and their lives after disaster.
