Todd Van Sant is the Vice President of Estimation at ATI Restoration, where he leads the company’s national estimating strategy across mitigation, reconstruction, environmental, and large loss projects. A Certified Xactimate Trainer since 2012, Todd brings nearly 20 years of restoration experience and a strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

He founded ATI’s Central Estimating Team (CET) to centralize and standardize the estimating process across the enterprise. Under his leadership, CET has become a critical part of ATI’s success—delivering high-quality estimates that support project delivery and client satisfaction.

Todd is a U.S. Air Force veteran who began his career as a property and casualty adjuster and has worked extensively on national catastrophe response teams.
