As Vice President and Co-Owner of Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Rochester and Buffalo, he leads a dedicated leadership team focused on operational excellence, specializing in large loss restoration, infection control work for healthcare facilities and complex environmental projects across commercial and residential sectors. He is a trusted resource on environmental compliance within the Paul Davis network and the broader restoration industry. He holds multiple advanced certifications, including CMRS, NYS Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, AHERA (NYS) Asbestos Inspector, and IICRC MFR (Master Fire Restorer). Additionally, Russell is the founder of TwentyMile Environmental Consulting, providing general consulting, investigations, expert witness services and other guidance on asbestos and mold-related matters. Beyond his company leadership, Russell serves as Vice President of the Board for the Professional Abatement Contractors of New York and as Chair of the Board for the American Red Cross Rochester Region Chapter.
