Ralph Falavinha is the President of Rytech Restoration of Greater Chattanooga, a company specializing in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and structural drying. A CFI Certified Flooring Installer, Ralph brings decades of hands-on and leadership experience—starting his career as a flooring installer, then managing operations for a high-volume flooring workroom serving a national home center, and later owning a retail flooring business. He also spent eight years with Shaw Industries Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he held various roles in sales and product management. Ralph holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).
