Mike Schaeffer is the President and CEO of El Diablo Truck Mounts and co-owner of Action Carpet Cleaning and Xtreme Restoration, all located in the upper Midwest state of South Dakota. Mike has run a successful carpet cleaning business for 30-plus years, is IICRC certified and progressed with this ever-changing work climate for both residential and commercial carpet cleaning. He has used almost every carpet and rug cleaning accoutrement in the industry and has a successful sense of what works, and what doesn't in this increasingly competitive environment. Although he has now branched out into the manufacturing segment of the cleaning and restoration portion of the industry, he maintains a current carpet and rug cleaning fleet and is on the cutting chemical and technical edge of the business that has brought him to success over the last quarter century.
