Chris Phelps, founder of Phelps Construction. In 2006, at the age of 23, Phelps began his entrepreneurial journey. As his experience grew, Phelps strived to expand his ability to help others and provide quality service. In 2017, Phelps opened Phelps Construction & Restoration INC., focusing on Water Mitigation. Phelps continues to expand both his skill and ability to help others. His passion for helping other started back when he was 19 and coached at his Alma Mater.
