Ben Justesen is a seasoned restoration industry executive with over two decades of experience spanning field operations, business ownership, and national leadership roles. He is widely regarded as one of the premier experts in Xactimate and restoration pricing strategy.

Ben began his career in restoration at Just Right Cleaning & Construction (JRCC), his family’s business, where he worked in various roles before ultimately becoming owner and president. Under his leadership, JRCC evolved into a high-performing restoration firm, earning recognition from Remodeling Magazine’s Top 500 and the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. During his tenure, Ben acquired numerous industry certifications and built deep expertise in estimating, project management, and operational strategy.

He later co-founded Enlightened Restoration Solutions, where he served as President and an Xactimate Certified Trainer, helping professionals across the country refine their estimating skills. In addition, Ben was instrumental in building a respected independent estimating company and held senior roles at FLEET Response Now, including Regional Manager and Director of Pricing.

Throughout his career, Ben has been a driving force in advancing industry standards. He has served as Chairman of the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Independent Pricing Taskforce, as well as in leadership roles on the RIA Membership Committee and the Young Professional Restorers Committee. He has authored accredited training for insurance professionals and frequently speaks and teaches at industry events.

His accolades include Reets Sketch Wars Champion, Actionable Insights Xactimate Ninja 2019, and the C&R Magazine Patty L. Harmon Award for Best Article.
